pmd_cte / ctetool

pmd_cte is a rust crate that can read and write cte file, used for pokemon super mystery dungeon. It currently only support the font A8 cte format. They are the file with .img extension in the font folder of the game.

pmd_cte is the library name, while ctetool is the binary that can read and write those file.
