Identify the constellation for position (RA, Dec)
Astro-Coord-Constellations
A module to identify the constellation to which a celestial position (as defined by
equatorial coordinates for any epoch) belongs to, according to the IAU constellation
boundaries.
INSTALLATION
To install this module, run the following commands:
perl Makefile.PL
make
make test
make install

perldoc command.
