Scanner

Scanner - Set up AV and scan files.

Requirement:

• Docker must be running on your system.

Steps:

• download the executable
• add it in environment path for quick access
• run scanner for more information
• Usage: scanner scan -f $file

Note: please delete the image and container later so program fetches updated one.
