Modern API for JGAP

Helisa (HEL-EE-SAH) is a Scala frontend for solving problems with genetic algorithms and genetic programming.

This is the original version of helisa, backed by the JGAP library for evolutionary algorithms on the JVM. It eventually got superseded by its jenetics-backed version.

It is nevertheless fully functional if you want to try it out - be aware that there are some subtle API differences 'though.
