This is the open source version of our filtering proxy for Windows. It is now in a feature freeze, and will only receive bug fix patches. Development continues privately at Technik Empire. If you have a commercial interest in this software, please contact us info@technikempire.com.

This is a platform-specific implementation of the abstract Citadel Core library for Windows. This library implements the packet diversion mechanism required by the base Citadel Core library using WinDivert.

As of version 3.0.x, this library is licensed under the MPL 2.0.
