Module installer

A custom Composer installer for ICanBoogie modules.

ICanBoogie modules are installed in <vendorDir>/icanboogie-modules/.

Support for ICanBoogie autoconfig

The package offers support for ICanBoogie autoconfig and adds the directory in which the modules are installed to module-path.
