About
This package contains a tool for visualization and data processing for transposable elements over generations. It makes it possible to manage the specifics of the transposable elements, like the nested elements. The current versions only handle class 1 elements.
This tool was developped by : Julien DENOZI
TEGenTool only supports VCF files.

TEGenTool was originally developed at Montpellier University (ISEM) in 2019 supervised by Anna-Sophie Fiston-Lavier

tegentool [-d directory] [--o overlap]
