Structure of the repository

• archiveDecoder - module, which provide decoding of input. Input - is a .zip file with set of images and .json description. One .zip file is a single drill core

• oil-carbon-detection, rock-classification - notebooks with experiments about drill core analysis

• dataAnalisys - rest API application for analizing core samples
