Installation

Using pip:

pip install mfeprimer-py3

Using git (optional):

git clone https://github.com/Ulises-Rosas/mfeprimer-py3.git
cd mfeprimer-py3
python3 setup.py install
python3 setup.py install_data

Usage

# Index the database
IndexDb.py test/test.rna
# Run MFEprimer
MFEprimer.py -i test/p.fa -d test/test.rna
