MountainLab processor package that wraps the SpyKING Circus spike sorting algorithm

Conda installation

You need to have have previously installed mountainlab using conda.

conda install -c spyking_circus spyking_circus
conda install -c flatiron ml_spyking_circus

Installation without conda

It is also possible to install this software without using conda. See the MountainLab documentation.

Singularity usage

This repository corresponds to a Singularity container. Therefore it is possible to run these processors without any installation and/or from a shared jupyter notebook.
