Outlier Remover(ROW method) in python

This is a package for outlier remover using row remover method.

Just install my package using pip install outlier_remover_bhanu , import it and use function oremover to get the result.

The code which is being used is included in outlier_remover.py and the basic syntax for using it is included inside too as basis.py

Release 0.0.2 --> With command line argument support.
