PLT Tools

A python library intended to be used for the interaction with PLTs (Period Loss Tables) and deriving metrics from the PLTs e.g. Average Annual Loss (AAL), Standard Deviation (Stddev), Coefficient of Variation (CV) and Exceedance Probability (EP).
