pymol-sketch

A command collection of PyMOL to draw compiled graphic objects (CGOs).

Install

$ pip install sketch-pymol

Confirm if the sketch-pymol is installed correctly by:

import sketch_pymol

And create a sketch.py in ~/.pymol/startup directory with the following content:

from sketch_pymol import register_commands
register_commands()

Usage

The following commands will be available

Command Description
sketch_pcoc Add a pseudo atom on center of coordinate
sketch_pcom Add a pseudo atom on center of mass
sketch_scoc Draw a sphere on center of coordinate
sketch_scom Draw a sphere on center of mass
sketch_bbox Draw a bounding box
