Seismic tomography toolkits, includes signal processing, window selection and adjoint sources constructor. The documentation could be found here.

For installation, please refer to INSTALL.md

Note 1. Current version of pytomo3d now fully transfer to obspy1.*.*.

Please make sure you update your obspy to at least 1.0.0 before running the test.
