pytrails
A collection of Bayesian methods for hypothesis comparison on sequential data.
The code in this repository is work in progress and should not be considered in any way finished. We will successively improve on the current state and add examples and further information.
Install
# install via pip
# requires python 3; tested for python 3.4 and up
pip install pytrails Quickstart
