snekBOL, a python implementation of SBOL 2.1.0

snekBOL is a python implementation of the SBOL standard. Unlike the pySBOL library this is not a wrapper around libSBOL but an independent implementation of the SBOL 2.1.0 standard.

It is currently in alpha and has not been extensivly tested.

Requirements

• libxml2 (for lxml)

Installation

If you are using pip run pip install snekbol or download and run setup.py install
