Treeducken tools

A Python module for assistance in running the treeducken software.

Features currently implemented:

• wrapper for running treeducken
• wrapper for generating sequence data using Seq-Gen
• functions for determining the expected tree length given number of tips and birth and death rate, expected gene family size given gene birth and death rates
