Download and Install nodejs in current python virtualenv.

Playing

Install venvgetnodejs globally:

$ sudo pip install venvgetnodejs

Activate a python virtaulenv:

$ mkvirtualenv nodelab
# Or
$ workon nodelab

Install nodejs, sharing previous virtualenv:

$ venvgetnodejs -v 0.10.33

Then, play nodejs in virtualenv...
