Usage
wt-lb
$ ./wt-lb.py qa1

$ ./wt-lb.py qa1 --rm qa1-web-1
$ ./wt-lb.py qa1
['qa1-web-0']
$ ./wt-lb.py qa1 --add qa1-web-1
$ ./wt-lb.py qa1

As a library
import whistletips as wt
wt.list_instance_ids('dev-*')
