A monorepo containing all the packages related to Rosen Bridge Scanner. It contains the following packages:

1. scanner: A Blockchain scanner. Currently supports Ergo and Cardano.
2. address-extractor: UTXO box extractor for any address or token.
3. observation-extractor: Extractor for observing user payments in the networks.
4. watcher-data-extractor: Extractor for Rosen specific boxes on Ergo blockchain.
