file-exists
Check if filepath exists and is a file. Returns false for directories.
(Requires node >=6.0.0)

fileExists('/index.html', (err, exists) => console.log(exists)) // OUTPUTS: true or false
fileExists('/index.html').then(exists => {
console.log(exists) // OUTPUTS: true or false
