Mark-a-Spot Open311

This module enables Drupal 8 to become a GeoReport v2 Server. It contains REST Resources for turning Drupal nodes into GeoReport v2 service_requests and Taxonomy terms into services.

This module adds two format listeners for XML and JSON by suffix (.xml and .json)
