DateFormat

A library file for Robot framework, It is a common library which can be used over mobile, web or anything which can be supported by robot framework. Please be cautious that this library is been only used to verify the date formats which is available against the format.

For now the library is very limited which will verify only four formats, especially it will be used to support only the below, formats as there is an urgent requirement from a project, so commiting this file but going forward it will be extended to support all the format and also it will be roboustic.
