Wendellor package mount a NCBI query, perform search, download fasta sequences and finally, run muscle and tabajara! You can see documentation here

Setup

Install dependences:

sudo apt install git python3-dev python3-pip

Install

You can install running pip3:

sudo pip3 install Wendellor

Or

python3 -m pip install --user Wendellor

Uninstall

pip3 uninstall Wendellor

Tests

You can run tests:

python3 setup.py test

Running

wendellor.py conf_examples/example_both_discrimination.conf
