Compute Cronbach's alpha statistic

• Fork of cronbach_alpha from pingouin
• Avoids some later dependencies (such as newer scipy)
• Credit to pingouin for all the initial code

• Works on pandas.DataFrame objects
• Supports pairwise deletion for missing values
• Computes confidence intervals
