Extract Sclices

make sure to make extract_slices.sh executable:

sudo chmod 775 extract_slices.sh

here is an example of the script call:

./extract_slices.sh /destinationTo/NiiData/ /DestinationTo/output/ nii.gz jpg /DestinationTo/Data/TestSet_metaData.csv
