INTREPPPID

This is the documentation for the amino acid sequence-based Protein-Protein Interaction inference method INTREPPPID (Incorporating Triplet Error for Predicting PPIs using Deep Learning). INTREPPPID is particularly well-suited to the cross-species use case.
