get_race_ids(time: str)

• paramater

  time: str 日付

• feature

  パラメータで入力した日付のレースを確認し、あれば出走時刻をkeyとしたdicttionaryを返す

  オッズを調べたいレースのidを入力すると、オッズが返ってくる
