Notary shares an encrypted password to a SysAdmin and notify password's user if it get retrieved

Why the f?

The intention is to offer some security to the user that may have a full-encrypted disk on a Laptop or other device that must be managed by a Company's operator/BOFH without forcing a Company to lose data in case a user is missing lost or just not able to provide that date.

Usage

Run it and set your encrypted password in given file then obtain two pieces token. First token is required in order to even try decrypting and obtaining the password from second token.
