peyutil

peyutil

peyutil is a package of basic utility functions that is used by the Open Tree of Life project. It is one of the packages that used to make up a part of peyotl. This package probably not of great use to external developers by itself, it is a prerequisite for the peyotl package.

Instructions

python3 -mvenv env
source env/bin/activate
pip install -r requirements.txt
python setup.py develop
python setup.py test

performs the basic installation and test.
