#The Converter ZEM/CAD to GIS converter was designed to transfer available data in ZEM and CAD format in standard GIS forat as PostgreSQL/PosGIS, ESRI Shapefiles etc.

Converter is writen in Python with credits to PostgreSQL/PostGIS; psycopg2; ogr softwares as required to run it.
