1-D FEL code in Python

This code originated from Zhirong Huang, written in Fortran. Paul Emma converted that to MatLab, which many people adapted.

Xiao Zhang converted one of those MatLab codes into this Python code. The conversion was carefully checked to produce identical output with the same random generator and seed. It was then converted to use physical quantities in SI units.
