A reverse proxy accepts a request from a client, forwards it to a server that can fulfill it, and returns the server's response to the client

Add this line to your application's Gemfile:

gem 'ae_reverse_proxy'

And then execute:

$ bundle install

Or install it yourself as:

$ gem install ae_reverse_proxy

Use it in a console with:

$ ./console

class ImageController < ActionController::Base
  include AeReverseProxy::ControllerCallbackMethod

  before_action do
    reverse_proxy('https://www.another_server.com')
  end
end
