const conf = npmConf();
conf.get('prefix')
//=> //=> /Users/unicorn/.npm-packages
conf.get('registry')
//=> https://registry.npmjs.org/To get a list of all available npm config options:
$ npm config list --longReturns the npm config.
Returns the default npm config.
