CoLoMoTo helper functions for Jupyter integration

PyPI version

Provides helper functions for integration in the CoLoMoTo Jupyter notebook. It currently provides:

  • injection of menus and toolbars
  • interactive file upload
  • formatter for networkx graphs

In addition, it provides simple python interfaces for the following tools:

Installation

With conda

conda install -c colomoto colomoto_jupyter

With pip

pip install colomoto_jupyter
python -m nusmv_setup
python -m itstools_setup
