A set of tools to do linear unmixing and phasor analysis on FLIM data.

These files are intended to provide linear unmixing and phasor tools for FLIM analysis. flimtools.py contains the tools and linleastsquares.py contains methods for linear least squares for the unmixing. Please see tests/FLIM_tools.ipynb for example usage.
