OpenTimelineIO Maya Sequencer Adapter

The maya_sequencer adapter is part of OpenTimelineIO's contrib adapter plugins. Set the ${OTIO_MAYA_PYTHON_BIN} environment variable to point the location of mayapy within the maya installation.
